Elderflower cordial - the taste, and smell, of summer
Our sense of smell is responsible for about 80% of what we taste, so it's not really that big a leap from essential oils to cordials, and it gives me the excuse to share with you my age old, and repeatedly tested, elderflower cordial recipe.
