How deeply do companies really think through their staff benefits?

Happy people are more productive in the workplace so there is mutual benefit in being kind to your staff but is the result more driven towards keeping up with the status quo of benefits than really zoning in on what the individual devoting their time and energy to your business really wants and needs.

I am a fragrance obsessive and feel pretty sure that I’m not the only one.

There is something so immediate and primal about the effect a scent has on you. The olfactory membrane, buried deep up our noses, is the only place in the human body where the central nervous system comes into direct contact with the outside world, giving us an instant response to threat or pleasure.

So inspiration finally struck out of the blue, as it usually does, and we are happy to announce the birth of our third blend …deep love

I wanted to create a blend led by Neroli as so many people love this fragrance, and a very stylish friend of mine once told me that it was his absolute favourite.
